Knowledge, Education, & Action Coaching exists to give veteran leaders what most never got: a clear, practical system for leading people. We're after something bigger than one leader at a time. Over the next ten years, our goal is to transform 5,000 veteran-led businesses, equipping the leaders behind them to build teams that perform, stay, and follow through. Dr. Laurie Alexander has spent nearly her entire career learning what makes teams work, and what makes them fall apart. She brings 20 years of military service and 26 years of civilian leadership to every coaching relationship, along with a background as an educator, a rare combination of someone who understands both military leadership and corporate expectations. She founded Knowledge, Education, & Action Coaching (KEA), LLC to help fellow veteran leaders who know the feeling of being handed a team and expected to just figure it out. Fast-moving environment, high stakes, no playbook. She's been there, and she built the practice so the next leader doesn't have to learn it all the hard way.


Her approach is military-informed and refreshingly practical. No fluff, no jargon, just clear tools leaders can use the same week they learn them, exactly as the company's name promises: Knowledge to find where things are breaking down, Education to learn the communication and leadership tools that fix it, and Action to put them to work with a clear roadmap and measurable results.
